If you want a size other than 7 inches, please measure your wrist. We suggest using a string or small strip of paper and put it around your wrist the way you would like the bracelet to fit. Where the string or paper overlaps, mark it when a pen. Measure the length and let us know in the notes at checkout. Please note that orders for custom sizes are non refundable.

We encourage you not to unnecessarily overstretch the elastic. Simply roll them onto your wrists rather than stretching them over.

The solid rosewood beads will darken with age. Worn next to your skin, they will absorb your natural oils, skincare products, and essential oils, should you choose to use them as diffuser bracelets which will cause them to darken as they age. Enjoy the changing beauty that comes with wear.

Beads made from natural materials will vary slightly in size, color, and shape and have different markings. If the gemstone is a unique shape or cut, we may have to accommodate the length with more or less rosewood beads. The number of gemstones will remain the same as the picture. Each bracelet is beautifully unique in its own way.

Please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order. We cannot correct / remake jewelry that has been received longer than 5 days and / or worn. We cannot be responsible for how the buyer chooses to wear or treat the jewelry.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange your order for a different size, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can set up an exchange. We will remake your bracelet for a small restocking fee and shipping back to you equaling a $10 exchange fee.

For domestic orders, if you never received your package and it says it was delivered, please contact your local post office with the tracking number that you received when purchasing and they will be able to geotag your package and assist you further.
