NOW AVAILABLE IN SILICONE
White Crystal Burger Patty Press Mold & Inserts | McRiblet Rib Style Riblet Press Mold
We offer the largest variety of White Crystal slider and burger meat presses as well as McRiblet rib presses and molds.
We offer our standard slider size press in a single form all the way up to a press that can form 25 slider patties at once. We also offer round versions to make standard full size burger patties that fit on regular hamburger buns. We recently added a form for an extra thick full size burger.
We now offer a SILICONE version which is rated for higher temperatures, easier to clean and dishwasher safe. For now, our silicone versions are available in our White Crystal presses up to the 3x3 (9 Patty) size.
OREDERING: If you want the SILICONE version you must choose the SILICONE option in the dropdown when ordering. (EXAMPLE: 3x3 SILICONE) If you choose an option that does not say SILICONE in it then you will receive the standard hard plastic version.
Note: Inserts are completely OPTIONAL and NOT necessary but some individuals like them to make removal easier due to their specific meat consistency being used. If using inserts, the mold will hold less meat than normal. NOT needed for silicone versions.
Our McRiblet style presses come in singles all the way up to 8 patties at once and we offer round versions of these as well.
The traditional way of cooking these sliders is to cook them on a bed of onions on your flattop or grill. The five signature holes in the patty allow it to be cooked without flipping and allow the flavors to steam up through the patty into the bun as it is toasting on top of the meat patty.
These presses are use a lot like a regular cookie cutter. Layout the meat and press the cutter into it and then remove the patty and repeat. The larger presses it is easier to lay the press down and press the meat into the press and then remove the patties.
If you find the patties are not coming out cleanly or are sticking to the press it can be helpful to freeze the meat for half an hour before pressing to firm the meat slightly. It can also be helpful to spray the press with a non stick cooking spray and or use a piece of plastic wrap between the meat and the press. Using plastic warp and or cooking spray will also allow for easier cleanup.
NOTE: We suggest using a layer of plastic wrap between the press and meat.
Mold colors vary and what is shipped is whatever color is on the printer
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process there may be imperfections that do not affect functionality.
