SIZING:

Unisex Sweatshirt – RUNS TRUE TO SIZE: Most women find that they can still order their normal size. The shirts are meant to have a looser fit. However, please reference sizing chart in pictures.

Unfortunately, we cannot make exchanges or do returns if the wrong size was ordered. (If you were accidently sent a size that you did not order let us know.)



RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations can ONLY be made within an hour of your order being placed. Each order is made-to-order and due to that nature, we can NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception is if there is a quality error on our end. Please reach out to me if there is an issue with your item within 7 business days.



Please also make sure to double check your address. We have a very limited time (generally 1 hour) before a change can be made. We are working hard to make sure your item is shipped to you as quickly as possible.



LEAD TIME:

Please check each listing for estimated production and shipping times. We try our best to update this information. Once the item is shipped, we have no control over their transit speed.

I am not able to expedite shipping on any order. Unfortunately, even if the error is on our end. I will definitely try to get it corrected asap but I do work with a printing partner.

➨If information is missing for customization your order will be delayed until I receive that information from you. Once the complete information is received your item will be produced based on the current production/shipping expectancy.



CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F).

Ideally wash inside out.

Tumble dry.

Bleach as needed.

Iron, steam, or dry on low heat.

Do not dry clean.



PLEASE NOTE:

Shirts may have a slight smell due to the printing process. This will go away after washing. Do not worry your item is clean and new. ♥
