Pattern size is off, in the description it states the pattern is 22.5 inches. My head is 24.5 inches, so printed out the pattern at 110%. It was way to big. I then printed out a pattern at 100% and it measured 23.5 inches. Then, I printed out a 105% pattern and it fits perfectly. Tip: Print page 7 first, thats the head band. Tape the ends together and see how it fits. Adjust your print out to make a perfect fit. All the sewing holes lined up perfectly.
