Hardware change to silver/gold?

Yes! I use gold plated hardware for most of my charms - for most of them the change is possible! Please send me a message here on Etsy and let's discuss more! ♥

All gold components on the charms in my shop are made from gold-plated hardware, which will naturally develop a brassy tone over time. This gradual change is a normal reaction and, unfortunately, cannot be prevented. Here are some ways to slow down the oxidation; - Keep the item dry — avoid exposing it to water. - Minimize contact with the metal surfaces, as skin oils, sweat, and moisture can accelerate tarnishing. - Avoid using chemical cleaners, as these can strip away the plating and expose the brass underneath.

Order did not arrive?

This is really unfortunate and happens sometimes. Please contact me within 3 months of placing the order if not received. ♥

Item came in exactly as described. Really cute to use on my kindle. Only minor issue I have that it fall off easily, not sure if it’s the dust plug piece itself or something else but still cute.
