Email orders are available to print yourself or at a print shop. However ordering a email order does not speed up design time, only the delivery.
If you are ordering outside of the UK enter the code EMAIL at checkout to take the shipping fee off.

Please check current turnaround time on the shops announcement or via estimated dispatch date on an item. This time is for me to design your order whether it is a email version or a physical print. Orders are processed in the order i receive them. Processing times are specified on each listing. On some occasions i may be able to process your order sooner.

I do offer a rush order charge, add the rush listing with your order.
Your order will be designed within 1 business days, then add shipping time.
Rush orders are of limited availability depending on my current work load.

I do not provide refunds once the order has been designed, as to the nature of the product and the effort that takes to be prepared.

It is the buyers responsibility to order in appropriate time for the intended purpose of the item and by purchasing any item you are committed to the dispatch date.
Personalisednpretty cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or postal services. Refunds will not be given due to late deliveries due to postal systems.

I provide previews for all personalised orders. Please look out for your preview a few days before dispatch date to confirm your design to avoid delay. Please reply via etsy messages as if you reply to the email it does not reach me. Also check junk mail. If no response within 2 business days i will ship your order to avoid further delay.

Amendments: I send 2 free previews so carefully choose alterations. They can take a extra 1-2 days.

All international items are shipped as Standard International via Royal Mail.
This is an untracked service. In the UK our postal service does not provide this as standard. If you require your order tracked then please upgrade shipping at checkout.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class. They are estimated to arrive 1-7 business days once dispatched but can take up to 7 business days.

Etsy generates an estimate delivery date on your order however is this is only an estimate and does not take in to account real time delays.

If I find any of my designs copied identical to my designs I will report you immediately to Etsy. Please do not copy or reproduce my designs without my permission.
