PRINT-YOURSELF FORMAT
- File size A4 which you can print in A5, A4 or A3. If you need another size, please let me know in the customization section.
You will receive a digital file in PDF and JPG format, which you can print yourself or at a printer of your choice. The file will be sent via web transfer link within 24 to 48 hours of your order and once you have approved the preview. No physical product will be sent to your home by mail.
- The file can be used for printing on another medium (mug, board or other) at online printers like Photobox.

A4 and A3 formats
- The posters are sold individually without the frame.
- The posters are printed on high-quality 270gsm glossy white paper.
- I do the printing myself with a professional inkjet printer.
- A4 posters are sent flat in a cardboard box and shipped by mail within 24 to 48 hours (working days).
- A3 posters are sent rolled up in a triangular tube with reinforced edges.

The shipment is made with the service provider "La Poste" by tracked letter or Colissimo, I will give you the tracking number to follow your delivery.
I cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays; this is beyond my control. If you receive your poster damaged, please send me a photo requesting assistance so I can send you a replacement.

ORDERING PROCEDURE
- Enter your personalization details in the personalization section during checkout. Send photos by email to ninspetitspapiers [!at] gmail.com or via Etsy messaging after your purchase.
I will create your poster within 24 to 48 hours (business days) depending on the information provided. During special events such as Mother's Day, Grandparents' Day, Christmas, etc., the processing time may be extended by 24 to 48 hours.
- I will send you a preview via email or Etsy messaging for you to validate or modify your project.
- Once your poster is approved, I print it, carefully prepare it, and ship your package.
The digital files are sent via transfer link

As this is a personalized item, there are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS possible. Cancellation is possible upon request, provided I haven't yet created your poster.
