What type of leather do you use?

We use several types of genuine leather. Crazy Horse - matte bull leather. The leather is of very high quality and quite thick. It is common for this type of leather to sometimes get scratched and chafed. This gives the product a vintage stilbe feel. Smooth leather - has the highest category of quality. The skin is very beautiful, has a slight shine (which is almost unnoticeable) This type of leather does not scratch and also does not allow moisture to pass through. Custom and personalized orders

We offer personalization on all of our items. We can engrave logo, image, quotes, etc. *Image isn't the same as photo. Contact us if you want to make something unique and special - we will make that happen

1) We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. 2) The product cannot be returned if it has been damaged or has a monogram, engraving applied to it. ( individual order is also non-returnable !) 3) If the delivery of your order is delayed and you no longer want to receive the goods. To return, you need to receive the item and then ship it back. Only in this case will we be able to count your refund and return your money. 4) If the product has been used and shows signs of wear, the product cannot be returned. 5) Return of goods is at the expense of the buyer ! 6)When making an exchange or return, an additional fee of $5 will be charged to the buyer for expenses

From which country do we ship our leather goods?

Orders are shipped from three warehouses. The first warehouse is located in the USA, the second in Poland and the third in Ukraine.

1) We are not responsible if the delivery service delivers your order longer than the specified time. 2) If your item was delivered to the address and the package tracking says "DELIVERED", we are not responsible for the fact that your package was stolen or lost in your mailbox.
