OUR BALLOONS
We use professional grade latex balloons from leading global brands: Tuftex, Sempertex, and Kalisan.

• 100% biodegradable natural latex
• Responsibly sourced
• Made with modern safety standards

We do not double stuff balloons. A soft matte finish can be achieved through natural oxidation after inflation.

SIZING & BUILD TIME
Assembly time with electric pump:
5 ft – approx. 1 hour
10 ft – approx. 1.5 hours
16 ft – approx. 2 hours

Can be built 24–48 hours in advance (indoor storage recommended).

PERSONALIZATION
Use the personalization box to enter:
• Your event date (required for production priority)
• Color swap requests

Orders placed without an event date are not eligible for delivery guarantees or refunds related to timing.

SHIPPING & PRODUCTION
• Orders ship Monday–Thursday
• Average production time: 2–3 business days
• Shipping time begins after carrier pickup
• USPS & UPS options available at checkout

Events under 14 days are considered rush.
Upgraded shipping is required for all rush orders.

Returns accepted on unopened kits within 7 days of delivery.
