My item has arrived damaged

Unfortunately, sometimes items can get damaged in transit. If this happens, please let us know within 2 days of receiving the item. We'll need photo evidence of the damage to the item itself as well as the packaging. Once we receive the photos, we'll be able to give you a replacement or a full refund.

I still haven't received my item (UK customers)

Sometimes things get delayed in the post. Please allow up to 10 working days after the scheduled delivery date if sent with Royal Mail and up to 7 working days if sent with any other courier. If you're worried, please get in touch and we'll be able to look into it further. If it turns out to be lost, we'll be able to offer a replacement or a full refund.
