If circumstances change or you for some reason were not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just contact me within 7 days and for returns unrelated to quality, $100 for each ring will be deducted as a replenishment fee. The buyer pays the return fee.

Returns are not accepted for the following items:
* Custom order, including the wedding bands which are customized to match your engagement ring.
* Engraved ring
* Full eternity ring
* Ring size larger than 9 US

An order usually requires 2-3 weeks for making and 3-6 days for shipping. If you want to receive your ring sooner, I'd like to offer a rush service for having it done within 2 weeks and it will charge a rush order fee of $50.
Please contact me before placing an order to ensure that we can meet your deadline.

Engraving service is available and costs $5. 20 characters for 7 US usually, the smaller the size, the fewer characters.

We provide service in larger size, and each ring costs $30.

It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan.
The first payment is up to you, and contact me with:
* Your ring size,
* Ring Metal
* Number of payments you need. I will create a layaway listing for you.
Start the making process of the ring upon 1/2 of the order.total. And I will ship the ring out after I have all payments and when the ring is ready.

Please pay the entire payment within 6 months.

Please contact me within 24 hours if you want to return or cancel your order.

If you place an order for more than 24 hours and want to cancel it, a replenishment fee of $100 for each ring will be deducted.

We offer a 30-day free guarantee on side stones that fall out, however, we will charge for the center stone if it is needed. I do not cover the loss of the main stone, but will cover any replaced side stones.

If the side stone falls after 30 days but before 90 days, we will provide the accent stone to the customer for free, but we will charge a repair fee if needed.

After 90 days, a repair fee will be charged according to the actual situation.

Please kindly note that we do not do the routine cleaning and maintenance, such as setting fallen stones, tightening prongs, resizing the size slightly (it is less than 1 US size difference), polishing, and cleaning.

However, if your ring is accidentally bent, has a big difference in size that can't be resized and has to be remade, broken prongs causing gems to fall, or other issues that are more difficult for your local jewelry store to handle, you can contact me and I will do my best to help you at a reasonable price.

Many jewelry stores can perform routine maintenance. I just want to provide better service for jewelry that specifically needs my help.
