We are currently unable to accept customization requests for individual pieces due to a production backlog. Custom designs for select pieces start at $400, payable in advance. This includes creating a new CAD design, mold, sourcing, custom cutting, finishing, and photography for approval. Material and shipping costs are additional. Custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange and typically take 6 to 10 weeks to complete. We recommend exploring jewelers on Etsy or in your local area who accept commissioned work or specialize in custom pieces. CAN YOU SEND ME PHOTOS OF THE GEMSTONES BEFORE PURCHASING?

Our productivity and time are impacted by the process of photographing the gemstones, finding the perfect lighting, editing them, sending them, and putting them on hold until the buyer may or may not purchase them. Rest assured each piece of jewelry is thoroughly checked multiple times prior to shipping it.

CAN I GET THE MOONSTONE WITH MAXIMUM BLUE FLASH IN IT?

Moonstones, like diamonds, are assessed on various factors such as veins, color, clarity, size, and others. The price of the stone is determined by the level of color saturation and clarity. Generally, the more intense the color and clarity of the Moonstone, the higher its price will be. The cost of the stone varies according to the size or carat, ranging from a single digit for stones with black inclusions to flawless 5A moonstones. If you have purchased an AA or AAA quality moonstone for under $150, we cannot provide you with a 5A high-grade moonstone, which is hard to source and priced upwards of $500 stone only, plus the metal cost. High grade Moonstones are generally reserved for solid gold jewelry, custom-made or commission work.

Before purchasing the larger rough, we undergo intense testing to ensure that we only acquire the best. Once we have the stones, we test them in-house with our tools and under the light to ensure their quality. Unlike lab-created gems, our Moonstones have beautiful inclusions that add to their natural charm.

Please note that as per industry metal expert all types of gold plating, regardless of large claims about waterproofing, fade with regular wear over time. It is a natural sign of aging and indicates how much the item has been loved and worn. The rate of fading can vary based on individual factors, such as body chemistry, pH levels, and frequency of exposure to certain chemicals like chlorine, alcohol in nail polish remover, hand sanitizers, cleansers, perfumes etc. Our 2.5 micron (thickest and most expensive) gold plating can last anywhere from 2 months to 20 years, depending on how often the item is worn and how well it is cared for. If you are concerned about fading, we recommend choosing sterling silver or solid gold jewelry instead.

The thickness of gold vermeil is 2.5 microns, which is significantly thicker than that of flash-plated jewelry, which is only .03 microns. Avoid wearing gold vermeil jewelry in water and keep it away from chemicals. If you plan to wear your rings 24/7, consider choosing solid silver or solid gold. Please note that worn items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All of our jewelry pieces are packaged carefully in custom-designed boxes based on the type of the piece.
