Metal Scribe for Leatherman Free Series - Leatherman Tool Not Included

Please note: only 1 under-scissor tool can be installed at a time (i.e. - scribe, pen or ferro rod).

This part is designed to magnetically adhere to the frame underneath the scissors on the Leatherman Arc and Free P4/P2

The scribe will either be carbide or HSS depending on what I have available. Scribes are used for marking lines in metal.

The holder is the same for the Pen, the Scribe, and the Ferro rod and the different tools can easily be removed and swapped or replaced. It is made with a durable, slightly flexible material so that it can accommodate the slight difference in diameter.

The plastic holder has two small neodymium magnets installed in it which stick to the frame under the scissors. The shape of the holder lock it into the contours of the frame for a very secure attachment. To remove it, simply push the part visible from the outside towards the hammering surface which will rotate the part and lift the opposite end enough so that the rod can easily be grabbed and the assembly removed. To install, just drop it in, slide it towards the hammer end, and close the scissors.
