Please read. This is a digital Item. You will need a 3D printer that can accommodate the size of the drill holder. The drill holder is 200mm x 180mm. It can be scaled (to a certain extent) in your slicer program if necessary. This item will include 1 STL file – Drill holder. This is an under mount drill holder. It can only be used when installed underneath an object such as a cabinet. Six screws are required for installation. Since this is a digital item, no refunds allowed. It seems sturdy, but unfortunately it doesn't fit an Einhell cordless screwdriver. I can't comment on customer service, as I haven't used it.
