And that is how it works:
You must open etsy via a browser (e.g. Safari or Google Chrome) after purchase because
the Etsy app does not have a download function.
Go to your purchases on etsy, there you can download the file to your iPhone into your photos.
Then go to your new image in Photos and click the share icon.
Then scroll down to “Create Watch Face” and select it.
