I carry the Stowe (yes this is for the GerberFreeman - it is on my hunting pack shoulder strap and it stays right there in my sheath. It never falls out until I pull it out. I wear it upside down as well, just saying. So, rest easy and don't worry about losing your knife.
P-Cord can be optional for a lesser price. P-Cord designs may very and may include or not include toggles.
Also, the factory sheath Gerber gives you is garbage. Throw it away and get this real one.
Kydex will scratch metal, so if you are bothered by that incredibly, get leather or a Crown Royal bag.

It is so awesome! Thank you very much. The coloration in the pattern very nice. Compared to the original sheath, you loose the retaining strap, but this one holds the knife snugger/tighter???, so no real loss there. There is an added benefit of actually getting a firm grip on the handle. I am coming back for more, when I get another knife.
