35” and “deep tone” were a little misleading. Maybe the description should read 35” overall length. I was expecting 35” pipes. Tone is not deep. But the item seems well built and nice. Just not what I was expecting.

Sounds great and looks great - disappointed that it isn't what I thought. I thought I paid a premium for large oversized chimes - advertised as 35-inch Metal Wind Chime - I thought this was the length of the metal tubes - it is not. It is the overall size from top to bottom including hanger and strings. The way it is advertised they could call it a 100 inch chime simply by extending the strings.

Typically, people consider the actual hanging length after suspension, rather than just the length of the tubes, which can lead to misunderstandings.
