We make these in 2 sizes to accomodate people of different sizes. And now we have added our child size about 12 x 12"

Our small neck pillow is designed to wear over your shoulders to prevent your head from falling to the side while traveling. It is about 15 x 15" at largest points.
We close with zipper so you can adjust fill to your preference since we all have different neck sizes.
The larger size is for home use as it is quite a bit bigger. It is about 18 x 18" at longest points

Bonus: Kapok and shredded latex pillows can be machine washed and dried in hot dryer
Woolie balls can be machine wash delicate and hang dry, dries fast.
