What do I receive, and will anything be shipped?

These are digital products. Depending on the item, you receive a PDF or ZIP containing instructions and links to the included templates and tools. No printed games or other physical items are shipped. You personalize the templates and prepare the finished files yourself.

How do I download my Etsy purchase?

After your payment is confirmed, sign in to Etsy.com in a web browser, go to Purchases and select Download Files beside your order. Digital purchases cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email. Unzip any ZIP download before opening the PDFs inside.

Will you personalize the games for me?

These are products you edit yourself; seller personalization is not included. Your purchase provides the templates, any included puzzle tools, and instructions. You add the details for your event and download the finished design for printing.

Which game should I choose for my event?

For introductions, try Find the Guest Bingo. For an activity about the couple, choose a personalized crossword or Where Were They photo game. Word Search and Sudoku work as table puzzles, while I Spy invites guests to photograph moments around the celebration. A bundle gives you a selection of activities; check the listing for the games included.

How do the WeddingPage puzzle builders work?

Our Crossword, Word Search and Sudoku products include access to WeddingPage’s own online puzzle tools. For a crossword, you enter your answers and clues; for a word search, your word list; for Sudoku, you use the generator’s puzzle options. Follow the included guide to create your puzzle and add it to the matching Canva template. Other games have their own editing instructions.

What should I prepare before editing?

Prepare answers and clues for a crossword, a word list for a word search, or your photos for Where Were They. Review the prompts in Bingo and I Spy so they suit your guests and event. The instructions explain what you need for each game. A desktop or laptop is recommended for handling files and editing.

Do I need Canva, and what can I change?

The Canva templates require a free Canva account. Editable elements vary by product and may include names, headings, prompts, photos, fonts and colors. For puzzle games, you create the puzzle in the included tool before completing the template in Canva. Check the listing for the editing options and requirements of your chosen item.

Are these games played online or printed?

The printable games are designed to be edited digitally and then printed. The online puzzle tools help you prepare the puzzles; they are not live multiplayer games. I Spy photo hunts involve guests using a camera or phone. Any photo-sharing setup depends on the template and the service you choose.

What sizes are included, and where can I print?

Sizes vary by product, so check the listing before purchasing. Use matching puzzle and template sizes where the instructions require it.
