Items will be shipped within 2 - 4 Business days after payment is received.

I only ship registered packages and you will receive a tracking number.

I cannot guarantee you a date of arrival, just an estimation.

If your package is returned due to incorrect address I can ship it again upon postage payment.

I cannot take responsibility for orders that get lost or damage items when shipped. I make sure everything is packed properly so risk of damage is minimal, also note that I do not refund lost or stolen items during shipment, but please contact me so that together we can try to solve the problem.

Weather, customs or other factors might delay shipping, please undestand I do not have control over shipping once it leaves my Office.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and responsible for the costs of any other services provied to buyer in connection with your purchase.

Refund/Exchange will be issued after I receive the item in its original condition and packaging, items must be without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

Custom items and items altered by special request are especially taillored just for you. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has an identified defect.

Please bear in mind all our items are handmade, thus produced is very limited quantities and sometimes it is only made a unique item.

Please Note: if you want to Exchange your item for another equal it is possible does not exist.
