I'm have an issue with issue Apple Pay.

For those who paid via Apple Pay and cannot locate your order, or did not receive the emailed Etsy receipt: When signing into Etsy through the app, it is likely that you have chosen the option "Hide My Email", which creates a unique, randomly generated email address to use with apps, websites, etc. in order to keep your personal email private. With the "Hide My Email" option selected you will not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it will be sent to the randomly generated email address.

Processing and Shipping

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 - 5 business days Note: Please double check your order address. Lost orders will become delayed and any inquiries must be handled through the respective shipping service (via the provided tracking number).

Cancellations and Returns

All products are made to order, thus any cancellations must be submitted within the 2-hr window after purchase. Return requests must be submitted within the 14-day period following order delivery. It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the item is returned in the same condition, and ensure that it's packed properly and protected during shipping. I’m obsessed with Shinobu Kocho, she’s my favorite Hashira! I was hesitant about ordering a phone case off of Etsy, I was most concerned that it was going to arrive with “Temu” quality but it arrived quite practically “perfect”! This completely exceeded my expectations and I even regret to admit that it took a hard drop within a few days of receiving it with zero damage to the case. If you’ve been on the fence about this case, take it from me that you won’t regret this one!
