International shipping
We ship all orders 3 - 5 business days of receiving the order (processing time may vary due to holidays or demand).

If you still haven’t received your order after 10 working days (UK) or 2-6 weeks (International) to arrive. However, transit times can vary GREATLY. Our arrival timelines have temporarily increased due to COVID-19 and the holiday season. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. We don't have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. We have had customers wait several months for items to arrive.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages-domestic or international.

If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end. (Again, we see what you see!).

Please note that Profite will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. We are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, we find that these packages are often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you once the item gets returned to us. You will then be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. (Typically £3-6 for domestic shipments, and prices vary for international shipping.)

Custom Jewelry, Engraved Items, Earrings are final sale and non-refundable. All returned items must be in original condition and original packaging. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned item does not comply with our return policy. We cannot cover lost, stolen or missing packages.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount. A full refund will be issued (minus special postage for upgrades if originally purchased) provided that the item is returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.The cost of the return is at the buyer's expense.

Please remove jewelry before activities such as swimming, showering, etc.
To ensure that your jewelry is always in perfect condition, we recommend that you wear your jewelry after you have applied makeup, lotion or perfume.
For best results, store jewelry in a location where it will not rub against other hard surfaces. Wipe with a special jewelry cloth to add shine and newness to the jewelry.

All orders are beautifully packaged in a special branded bag and are ideal for a gift, as well as ideal for storage and travel.
