What started out as a great transaction has now turned into an open case with Etsy. I found the organizer I wanted but needed a different size. I asked the seller if she could make the same organizer but for the size LV bag I have, she then sent me a link, I made the purchase and she quickly shipped the item out, with me receiving it just in time for a trip I needed it for. Unfortunately that's when it went downhill. The organizer she sent was clearly too small for my bag. There was almost 4" (width wise) of un-usable space if I were to utilize the organizer sent. She requested pictures, which I sent, that clearly shows the difference in size. Instead of offering a refund/return as she shows she has a policy for, and I inquired about, she continued to ask for more pics then said "I can not help you if are not cooperate."

I am absolutely sure that my measurments were right. Her bag is Keepall 50, but she absolutely do not want to send the outside bottom lenght and depth of her bag. She bough the wrong organizer and wont send me a photo of the bag lenght and depth. Therfore I could not help her and could not send her resolution option.
