Do you take custom orders?

At this time, I am not taking any custom orders aside from the existing custom listings in my shop. I do take customization requests for existing designs. Pricing for customization requests vary. If you have a customization or personalization request, please send me a detailed message and I can get back to you with an accurate quote and TAT. I will also welcome any requests or suggestions for new designs that I can add to the shop and sell to the general public.

Can I sell your designs as a printed transfer?

Yes, but only if you have purchased my printed transfer license. The 100 physical item allowance does not apply to printed transfers. You must obtain licensing to sell transfers of any kind, regardless of the amount you intend to sell. I offer licensing options for a single design or for the entire shop.

Do you require a license sell physical products using your designs?

My designs come with limited commercial use. You are automatically covered to sell up to 100 PHYSICAL items using the design you purchased. (The physical item allowance does not apply to printed transfers of any kind.) If your business exceeds 100 physical item sales per design, you will need to purchase an extended commercial license. Please read the full terms of use in the item description of the product you are interested in for more information. If you still have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Can I use your design to create and sell digital items?

Certain fonts and plain alphabets in the shop may be used in the creation of unique digital graphics for sale with the purchase of the proper licensing. Please read the item description for each listing to determine if it may be used in this way. You may not re-sell my images as a digital file and you may not use my images to create new digital items. My designs cannot be edited or modified and then represented as your own work. This includes digitizing and re-selling as an embroidery file. Thank you for respecting this.

Can I digitize your designs for embroidery?

At this time, I only allow my plain lettering files to be digitized for embroidery for PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ONLY. I do NOT allow my designs to be sold as embroidery files. I do NOT allow any of my graphics to be digitized for any reason.

How do I download my purchase?

If you have purchased an instant download listing, your download link will be automatically e-mailed to you after purchase. You can also access your downloads by going to your Etsy Account > Purchases and Reviews. From there, click on your order from my shop and scroll to the bottom of the screen. You should see a button here that says download files. You must be in a browser to do this. You cannot download files via the Etsy app. Download link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Custom orders will be manually uploaded or e-mailed after completion. I will always notify you when custom orders are available to download. TAT for customs is generally 2-3 business days (M-F).
