Design is permanently dyed into the surface of the mug.  Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Design will not scratch off like vinyl or decals.

All of our mugs are securely packaged to prevent breakage. U.S. Domestic orders for single mugs are sent via USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge. Larger orders may be shipped either USPS or UPS. Most mugs will cost more to ship than the actual shipping charges. For large orders via UPS, if you paid more than the actual cost the difference will be refunded. Etsy estimated delivery dates may not be accurate due to shipping method and postal service delays.
