Wrong address entered: You will need to contact us ASAP if you have entered the wrong address. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong location, and will not offer any refund if this happens to be the case, we unfortuantly cannot be responsible for any packages once they leave this shop.

We will not issue a refund due to a late parcel, please contact your local post office for a return/reimbursement on a time sensitive order. We ensure items are shipped in a timely manner, again, we unfortunately have ZERO CONTROL of that package once it has left our shop, you will need to contact your local post office with the tracking number provided in your order.

Items damaged in mail

We package every single order with the upmost care, although sometimes items are damaged. In this instance, we will work with you on making/filing a claim. We cannot issue a refund each time an item is damaged, you will need to contact your local post office and file a claim, they will then walk you through the process. USPS claims take up to 30 days. We will provide you with all the specific information you will need to file the claim, please do not expect a full refund immediately, this process unfortunately takes time. Each circumstance is different, we will work with you the best we can to insure you are taken care of, if this happens to be the case with your order!
