Why do the colors in my print look different from online?

Colors online are only a representation and may vary depending on your display size, brightness, or other factors I cannot control. Therefore, I cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen represent the exact color you will see in your tangible print. The files are RGB which is most commonly used by online printers and personal home computers.

Can I give these as a gift or redistribute?

You may give a print as a gift, however--you may not give the *files* as a gift. You may not distribute the files in any way, or sell the files or prints made from the files. How many times can I print the files?

As many times as you like! Just don't give away or sell the files.

Can I print these files for a classroom or group?

Absolutely! Print as many copies as you would like for your classroom, group, etc. Please, just don't sell or give away the files.

Why can't I download my files?

You are not able to download files from the Esty app, please switch to your device browser (google or safari) and go to etsy.com to download your files under "purchases"

How do I purchase & download my items?

1. Purchase an item. 2. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link in your specified email address and in the purchases section in your Etsy account. 3. Click the "Download" button to save your print and start printing. PS. Can't find the email? From Etsy, click the image that says "You" and then "Purchases and Reviews". Find the order. To the right there should be a black button that says "Download Files". Click that and you will be directed to a list of all the files available to download. If files need to be unzipped, please unzip on a computer or find an app that allows you to unzip files from your device. How do I open a zip file?

Right-click or press & hold the folder and select "extract all" from the menu. You can also double-click on the folder and then drag the files onto the desktop or into another folder. I accidentally bought a listing -AND- the bundle that it is included in. Can I get a refund?
