How will I receive my pattern?

You will receive your pattern either via etsy convo or email (if you supply an email address in the purchase notes. Pattern is sent as a PDF files and no printed copy is sent in the mail.

A PDF file is a "portable digital file" and can be downloaded, opened and viewed/printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have a PDF Reader, Adobe Acrobat has a free download here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

What is included in the PDF pattern files?

The pattern will be shown on a grid in both color blocks and symbols or just in symbols for your choice of color printing or black and white printing. DMC floss lists are provided along with basic cross stitch instructions. For larger patterns additional files will be sent with the pattern enlarged over several pages for easier viewing.

Can I purchase a baby pattern without personalization information?

Yes, you can purchase a baby pattern prior to knowing all of the details and receive generic files at time of purchase and then receive updated completely personalized files once personalization is known.

Can colors be changed?

Yes, for any pattern that requires personalization and is not an automatic digital download I can change the colors to any scheme you would like. Just send me a note.

I'm not a stitcher, are you available to stitch a project?

Yes, I am available to stitch projects. Just send me a note and we can discuss your project and I will provide a price and time quote for your special project.

Why do you ask for personalization information?

Our patterns do not come with standard alphabets as we personalize each pattern individually to optimize your stitching time. No need to try and figure out the layout of the names yourself, your pattern comes completely personalized and ready to stitch.
