We are based in the United Kingdom and ship directly from the UK.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 Tracked with delivery upgrades available at checkout.

International tracked delivery is generally estimated at approximately 7 working days depending on customs processing and your local postal service.

Delivery Notice – Remote Areas UK

Royal Mail mainland delivery estimates may not apply to remote or offshore areas including Northern Ireland (BT) Scottish Highlands & Islands (IV HS KW ZE) Isle of Man (IM) Channel Islands (JE GY) Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25) Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41) and parts of AB PH PA and FK.

International Delivery and Customs

Selected destinations are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) where the service is available and applicable to the value of the order.

USA Orders

We ship packages to the United States using a duties-paid service where available so applicable import tariff/customs charges covered by that service are incorporated into the postage price and paid in advance.

There should therefore normally be no additional customs payment required from the recipient on delivery for qualifying duties-paid shipments.

EU Orders Up to €150

For qualifying EU orders with an intrinsic value of €150 or less Etsy automatically collects the applicable VAT at checkout.

From 1 July 2026 the €3 EU customs duty per item applies to imported goods within this value range. For destinations where our duties-paid delivery service is offered this customs charge is incorporated into the postage price and paid by us through the delivery service.

There should therefore normally be no additional customs payment required on delivery for qualifying DDP orders.

EU Orders Over €150

For orders with an intrinsic value over €150 Etsy does not normally collect EU import VAT at checkout and the €3 flat customs duty does not apply.
