You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email or postal mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
perishable goods or goods with a short expiration date;
sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
General Terms and Conditions
§1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our Etsy shop.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our Etsy shop constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

By placing an order through Etsy and completing the checkout process, you accept the offer and enter into a binding purchase agreement.

Order processing and communication are carried out primarily via email. Customers must ensure that the provided email address is correct and capable of receiving emails.

§3 Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
