Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Starting August 29, 2025, new U.S. import regulations will apply to all orders shipped from outside the United States. This means that if you are based in the U.S. and place an order with our shop, you may be charged additional customs duties, taxes, or processing fees upon delivery. These fees are set and collected by U.S. authorities, and unfortunately we have no control over them. They are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and we are unable to reimburse these charges. Returns and complains

Of course, I accept returns and complaints :) If you don't like my product, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Then, send the products back within 30 days of submitting your return request. The product is returned at the expense of the Customer. Remember! Custom products are non-returnable!

Cutting boards and paintings have layers, so they shouldn't be washed in the dishwasher or left to soak. Glass products can be cleaned with a wet cloth.

If you need a different size or have not found the right pattern - don't hesitate! Send me a message and we will surely create the perfect product together!

The shades of the finished product may slightly differ from the visualization due to the calibration of the monitor on which the items are viewed, the printing machine and the type of ink used - a slight difference in shades is not a reason for complaint.

In line with Etsy's policy, I am not responsible for any customs duties or fees in other countries. Unfortunately, I cannot check if any additional fee will be charged.

Please submit a complaint within 30 days of delivery and send a photo of the problem. Complaints submitted later than 30 days from receiving the package will not be accepted.

To ensure the best delivery quality, please add a phone number when placing your order. Fedex company informs: GB Customs has the right to hold the shipment for up to 30 days prior to providing an update.

How to prepare the mirror for installation?

1. Place the mirror on a stable, flat surface. 2. Clean, degrease and dry the surface of the mirror where you will stick the hangers. 3. Remove the film protecting the adhesive from the metal hangers. 4. Glue the pendants on the dry and degreased surface of the mirror. 5. Note that 100% strength of the pendants is after 24 hours after sticking them. Wait 24 h before you hang the mirror in the target location. 6. Measure the distance between the centers of the previously glued hangers. 7. Mark the measured distance on the wall and in the marked places drill holes and insert the wall plugs. 8. Screw the hooks with the included screws. 9. Hang the mirror, sliding it carefully from the top. Done!
