All of the products are custom made just for you with the amazing assistance from our professional production partner to ensure the highest quality and standards are maintained. If there are any issues with the product do to an error by our distributor or an accident with the mail that has left your product damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery along with a photo of your damaged product. I am happy to replace or refund your order in the event of a misprint or accident. Please note that we do not cover your return shipping back to us.

💥What is your processing time?

Our production partner typically takes 1-3 business days to manufacture, process and ship out your order. They are professional, efficient and experienced at delivering high quality merchandise in a timely manner. We are very appreciative to have them with us.

💥Where can I locate the sizing details?

All of our listings include a size chart in the photo section. If a listing is missing a size chart, please contact me as soon as you can and I will send you the sizing details and update the listing . Please take the time to review the sizing before you place your order. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact me.
