These overlays are already blurred to create different depths of field in your image - exactly as shown in the samples.
You can blend them and change their color.

✮INSTRUCTIONS✮
1. Open your image in Adobe Photoshop
2. Drag and drop Overlay on top of your photo
3. Resize if necessary
4. Erase parts that you want
5. Done :)

For a more realistic effect, you can:
- rotate the layer
- change its opacity
- change the color shade
- strengthen blur
- overlay several layers simultaneously
- using the mask to remove off the artifacts from the main parts of photo
- you can mix & match the overlays to achieve unique result.

The gown length is great, but it is more like a cape than I expected and the sides are not as poofy as I anticipated so I had to do a lot of hiding the elastic via photoshop. Otherwise I am pretty satisfied considering the cost.
