Please check your tracking for all delivery questions. Etsy does not give anymore information regarding tracking than what is given to customers. Please give your package a few extra days if it says still in transit as it may be running late. International orders may get caught in customs and take a bit longer than anticipated.

It may take 1-3 days for non custom items and up to 2 weeks for customs to make orders depending on how many orders I have received and any changes you wish to be made to an item. This does not include shipping time. I want every item to be the best quality I can create and sometimes that takes time. If you need something sooner message me and I will let you know if it can be done!

Some of my items are adult themed and intent for customers 18 years and older. By purchasing these items you are confirming you are legal age to purchase and use. My shop will not be responsible for any harm that may be caused from use/misuse of items.

Due to the nature of cotton items may shrink and need to be stretched out upon arrival. Over time it may shrink or get stretched out depending on use. This should not be noticeable if the correct size is ordered.

Currently the collars themselves are made with welded steel O-rings and are rust resistant. The locks however are made from aluminum alloy and will rust if in contact with water for too long.

Customers are responsible for verifying and double checking their shipping address. If item gets returned to sender it is the customers responsibility to pay for item to be reshipped.
