Resin jewellery care instructions: Resin doesn't like heat so it's best to keep your jewellery safe from direct heat and sunlight. I recommend taking your jewellery off before swimming, showering and applying perfumes or lotions as water and chemicals can increase the risk of tarnishing. Resin is fragile. handle your pieces with love and care. Scrunchies: Due to the delicate nature of the scrunchies I recommend hand washing only and not tumble drying. This is particularly important for the satin and organza scrunchies.

Every item is packaged with love and care! Necklaces come packed in a cute, fully recyclable necklace box- perfect for storing your piece in when not being worn. Everything else comes wrapped carefully in tissue paper. Bubble mailers are used for large letters and small parcels. Boxes are used for larger parcels and your item comes packaged with tissue paper and recycled, shredded paper for extra protection.

What is your returns policy?

I gladly accept returns providing the item is returned back in the original condition it was shipped out in. You must contact me within 14 days and ship the item back within 30 days for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of any returns.
