A little small for me since I’m a larger person but they’re good.
The good news is if you buy the liner they fill it and ship the meditation pillow to you that way. I had a little worry about successfully transferring the buckwheat hulls from one to the other so it was a blessing that they had already done it for me!
Perfect functionality so that outside cover can be washed upon need ♾💙💙♾
