Broken/Damaged Products Upon Delivery

Our bottles are packed very well and are able to hold up to shipping. If your bottle arrives broken, email us a picture and we will gladly mail you a new one at no cost to you or issue you a refund for that bottle. Please take a picture before discarding as we do need to see that. If you have an issue with your product upon receipt, the product must be unused and the issue reported to us within 14 days to qualify for an exchange or return. Once the product is used, it no longer qualifies for a replacement.

The Polished Jar, LLC is not responsible for stolen mail and items will not be replaced or refunded.

Unfortunately, we are not able to customize labels with crass or profane language. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
