Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders and personalizations are accepted on a case by case basis. If you are interested in custom requests, please message me and include a bit about your request or project and I will be in touch. If I am able to accept the custom request, depending on the item, some variations may apply due to the materials of which they are made. All custom orders must be paid in full in advance of starting order. No exceptions. No refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders. All custom orders are paid for through Etsy only.

Order Failed to Deliver: General Information

If the carrier is not able to deliver the item(s) ordered, it will be returned to sender. If an order is returned, once I am notified that an order is being returned, I will reach out to inform the customer and ask that they confirm their address within 7 days if they would like to have the order reshipped. I cannot give an ETA for when the order will be received back to reship. The customer is responsible for reshipping charges that may apply.

Order Failed to Deliver: Preventing Bad Addresses

In most cases, orders are returned because the customers provide an address that is incorrect, incomplete, or illegible. To minimize problems with addresses: - Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct shipping address during check out. - If applicable, make sure to include the correct apartment number or a specific place to deliver (i.e. management office, etc.) - Make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code. You can use “Look Up a ZIP Code” on the usps.com website. If you discover you’ve entered an incorrect address after submitting your order, please notify me ASAP as I might be able to update the address before it ships.

Damaged or Mislabeled Items

Most of my products are made and shipped from my home, however, some of my products are shipped directly from my printing partners who have the equipment to print the particular product for me that I do not currently have. In the event that your order arrives incorrect or damaged during delivery, please message me within 7 days of receiving your order. In your message, please include a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where the issues can be seen. It is very important that images of any damaged or incorrect items be taken including any visible damage to the shipping box so that I can file a claim with my printing partner and/or the shipping carrier. After receiving these details, I will process the report and be in

SHIPPING | RETURNS & EXCHANGES

SHIPPING:
These will be shipped in regular letter envelopes that come with tracking.
*BUT* please note that the tracking is usually updated only after they are delivered, and beforehand usually show “pre-transit”. This is because they are mailed in an envelope and not a package, and tend to not be scanned along the way.

ADD TRACKING:
If you would like your purchase to be mailed in a sturdy flat envelope with tracking, please select that option under the shipping section. These tend to also arrive faster than the non-tracked option.
