I am not in the UK, do I have to pay customs fees and other taxes?

No, you shouldn't have to pay any fees. We will pre-pay your customs fees and taxes before handing your items over to the courier. If in the unlikely case, you do need to pay the fees, you can reach back out to us for a refund. We'll be happy to refund you for any customs fees or taxes you had to pay in order to receive your item. In short, we will cover all the delivery costs! However, we can not be held responsible if there are any delays at the border as we have no control over this.

How do preorders work?

For really popular furniture items, they often get sold out before the following batch is complete. If we're working on the next batch you'll see a preorder option underneath the sold-out option which will follow the pattern below: 'Preorder FINISH OPTION-DATE' For example, if the Oak Bedside is currently sold out, it would say: 'Preorder Oak-16 Dec' underneath the usual Oak option. If the finish option is long, such as 'Chestnut' it will be abbreviated to Chstn, for example: 'Preorder Chstn-04 Jan'. The date indicates when the next batch will be finished, and therefore ready to ship. You can expect your order to be delivered 1-3 business days after the batch completion date.

When will my order arrive?

UK orders: Most of our pieces are delivered within 1-3 business days. EU and US orders: Are usually delivered within 5-12 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We're happy to be able to deliver to most countries within Europe, along with the United States and Canada.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is £14.99 per piece for UK customers. For international customers this will vary depending on your location, please check the product page for an exact delivery cost.

Is the delivery trackable?

Yes, you will receive a full tracking number that will allow you to see where your parcel has been and what time it will arrive at its final destination. We will also send you a little message on Etsy to remind you of your delivery time slot. Please be aware that it may take a few hours for the tracking code to be updated on the courier's website.

What happens if I miss my furniture delivery time slot?

On the morning of the delivery, DHL will text or email you a 1 hour delivery time slot. If you don’t think you’re going to be home to receive the delivery, you can visit the DHL tracking link below to let the driver know what to do with your parcel. If the first delivery is unsuccessful DHL will automatically send your parcel out to be delivered the next working day, unless you update them via the link below to deliver on a different day, to leave it with your neighbor, or to leave it in a safe place. Where is your mango wood from and what does it look like?

Since solid mango wood does not grow in the UK but rather in East Asia and Australia, we source some of the finest sustainably sourced mango wood from there to facilitate our design process. This allows us to bring these pieces to life with amazing quality at an affordable price. In its natural and organic form, the amazing color of mango wood ranges from light to golden brown, with other colors such as yellow and streaks of pink or grey. Mango wood is often beautifully discolored due to natural spalting, this is why you can often see a kaleidoscope of colors.

We want to kindly remind you that, unlike mass-produced furniture made from low-quality MDF and plywood, our pieces are handcrafted from natural mango wood, known for its exceptional durability, unique natural charm and beautiful discolouring. 🌳 While we will gladly accept all return requests, due to the immense shipping and insurance costs associated with our deliveries, as stated in our Etsy policies, those returns due to:

- prior mismeasurements
- lack of measuring
- personal preference or change of mind regarding the distinctive textures and tones of natural mango wood, upon which we have no control

will incur a small £20 restock fee per piece which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The buyer is also responsible for loss of value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition (packaging included).
