The seller answered my questions quickly and shipped it out the next day. However upon receiving the pendant I noticed there was a chunk of gold on the keyhole area and reached out to the seller. They told me to remove it myself with a screwdriver. Ummm, I paid $190 USD for this and did not feel comfortable doing that. I asked if they would replace it if I damaged it in the process and they replied with "we are here for you" whatever that means. I couldn't get the chunk out and scratched the pendant in the process. Oh well. I ended up taking the loss and filling the urn anyway. As it was a time sensitive gift.
