This full-grain cowhide leather is vegetable tanned, dyed through the shoulders, and exhibits a distinctive rustic appearance. While initially slightly rough to the touch, the leather develops a silky smooth texture and a natural patina over time.

🧡 The key case is meticulously hand-molded to fit snugly and flawlessly, resembling a tailored glove-like fit. The crafting process involves intricate hand-cutting, precise hand saddle-stitching, and careful perfection of details.

4. Crafting Process:

🧡 Welcome to our family leather workshop, where each product is cut, molded, and stitched upon receiving your order. The edges are meticulously finished for a polished appearance.

🧡 You'll receive an item crafted with care and warmth, originating from a small studio where laughter, jokes, and good music prevail.

5. Personalization:

🧡 Your name or initials can be embossed using a bronze stamp on a name tag or fob cover made of leather.

🧡 Please provide the name, initials, or number you'd like to personalize in the designated Personalization Box before proceeding to checkout.

🧡 Items that are personalized are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. However, please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns or issues.

6. Shipping Time:

Our leather workshop is based in Hanoi, Vietnam. All items are meticulously handcrafted here and subsequently shipped.

Items will be crafted and dispatched within 3 - 5 days of placing your order.

For customers in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the EU: To ensure efficient shipping, items are bundled together and shipped as a single parcel using fast shipping (DHL) to the destination country. Subsequently, the national shipping company (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail) handles final delivery to your address. Your parcel's tracking number will be updated on your invoice once it re-enters your country, usually within 5-7 days of the shipping notification.

For Asian countries: Items are shipped using VNPT services, provided by Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group, a national company. Your invoice will be updated with the tracking number as soon as you receive the shipping notification email.
