Zero stars, never arrived, never communicated with me even when I sent messages. I will be submitting a report to get a full refund.

I do apologize for the lack of communication. I was locked out of my shop for an extended period of time and was unable to view orders or see messages. Once I got back in, I was able to issue a full refund and send a message of apologize. I do sincerely apologize for your experience with my shop, it is not my standard of care that I typically provide to my customers.
