Your orders are dispatched by standard delivery from Ukraine . Parcels are sent by standard Ukrposhta delivery (7-14 working days) or DhL express delivery (5-9 working days)

If you want to make a return for an objective reason, you must contact me and send the parcel back within 2 days after receiving(since I can't be sure that the decoration was not in use). If during this time you have not coordinated the shipment with me, I will not be able to make a return to you. The order must be in the original packaging. You pay for the return shipping. Only the order amount will be refunded, minus shipping costs. If the goods arrived to you with a marriage (breakage), the amount for delivery is returned along with the amount of the order

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:

1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2.) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.

1. If the parcel arrived at your post office, but you did not pick it up on time, and it was sent back to me. In this situation, Money does not return.

I can make a cancellation of your payment and a refund for you if the package has not been sent. Pay Pal commission is non-refundable (the company does not return a percentage of the sale).

If you want to cancel an order while the package is in transit. This is not possible until the parcel arrives at your place and send it back to me. In this case, as soon as I receive the package back, I will refund you (minus the shipping fee and paypal commission)

Your orders are dispatched by standard delivery through consolidation to the USA. The package is sent to a distribution warehouse in the USA and then delivered to your house by the USPS postal service. Track number makes it possible to track your order all the way. Such shipping actions give you the confidence to receive your order in a short time.

Express shipments are sent from Ukraine by postal operators DHL. Please note, orders with express delivery are processed according to my workload. I always try to send such orders ahead of time, so that you receive your order as soon as possible.
