What is your return/exchange policy?

Shirts are made to order; therefore, NO refunds will be given due to inaccurate sizing or inaccurate color choice. I will gladly remake an item if there is an error on my part, a refund will NOT be given. However, if there is an issue the shop will need to be notified within 7 business days via email and please provide pictures. I cannot issue refunds/replacements/returns due to postal delays, damages caused by USPS lost packages as this is completely out of my hands. USPS claims must be submitted by the addressee if these problems arise. I cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided, so please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER

What if my package is lost or delayed once shipped?

We will ensure to drop off your package to USPS in the time frame that is stated in our policy but once it is in their hands we are not responsible for any packages that are delayed,lost, deliver to the incorrect address or showing delivered but you do not have your package. Please file a claim with USPS using your tracking info.

Do you accept Cancellations?

We only accept CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours of the purchase. After 24 hours, we start ordering shirts and supplies needed for your order. If a cancellation is requested after this point, please know you will be refunded minus a 25% nonrefundable fee. For sweatshirts, the nonrefundable fee is 30%. The fee is to cover the supplies that were order.
