Highlights
This pure copper herb stripper is handmade in Virginia by me (Jeff) and guaranteed for life. I hope you like it! Great gift for anyone that likes to cook (or has to).
I saw a lot of herb strippers with various sized holes, but the half circles are a unique feature of my design and in my opinion more fun to use!
The various sized holes work on everything from kale to thyme, with fresh herbs working the best! If your herbs are wilted, just stick them in some water for 10 minutes prior to stripping.
Each one is made to order and wiped with a beeswax and oil blend. With use, the copper will develop a beautiful patina that adds to the character.
Care:
Handwash and towel dry to prevent water spots.
