Please email the following through ETSY message:

1. Attach one or more photos, with the main photo sent separately in the first message.
2. Provide your pet's breed and coat color, as photos may alter true colors.
3. Indicate your preferred background colors.


▬▬▬▬ PAINTING PROCESS ▬▬▬▬

This artwork, derived from your photo, is hand-painted on a computer using a digital pen and tablet. The completed digital artwork is then emailed to the customer for approval. Customers can request as many changes as needed until they are fully satisfied. Once approved, the painting is printed on genuine artist-quality polyester or poly-cotton canvas, which is resistant to scratches, cracks, and warping. The Canvas Giclee Print has a beautiful semi-gloss finish and is anti-yellowing, water and fade-resistant.


▬▬▬▬ NUMBER OF PHOTOS USED: ▬▬▬▬

SINGLE PHOTO: Attach any number of photos with your Etsy message, but if the painting is based on just one of them, select "Single Photo" from the menu. A single photo can include up to 5 subjects (pets, people, etc).

COMBINE 2 PHOTOS: To merge two photos, such as a body from one and a headshot from another, 2 separate subjects, or to add specific scenery to the background not present in the original picture, choose "Combine 2 Photos". Contact us with photos before purchasing for photo compatibility.

COMBINE 3 PHOTOS: For combining three different photos, select "Combine 3 Photos" and contact us before purchasing to ensure the photos can be combined/merged successfully.


▬▬▬▬ CANVAS OPTIONS ▬▬▬▬

ROLLED: Offered in standard frame sizes and ships rolled in a mailing tube. It's ready for framing or stretching (the canvas will have at least a 1.5" white border around the image for stretching, if needed).

STRETCHED: Mounted on a 3/4" or 1.25" deep stretcher frame, ready to hang. The image extends/wraps around the sides.

FRAMED: Encased in a tasteful 100% pine wood float frame, 1.25" deep, perfect for those seeking a piece that's ready to make a statement. Available in brown, black, and white finishes.

PRINTABLE JPG: A high-resolution JPG file will be emailed in digital form, in 16"x20" size unless otherwise requested. You can have it printed anywhere, in any size, as many times as you wish, as long as it's for personal use (not commercial). There's no physical product shipped with this option.

Delivery usually takes 3-8 business days.

The canvas prints are produced by our partner printing company, which has locations globally. Orders in the US will ship from California, Texas, or Georgia based on the customer's location. Canadian, UK, and Australian customers will have their orders shipped locally, while EU orders are likely to ship from Spain.
