Product size and colour

Sizing can vary ever so slightly as all my products are handmade. I try to get the best photos of my products to show the correct colouring with as much natural light as possible but a small colour difference still may occur. Any queries please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Dispatch timescale is an estimate, please check individual listings. Although we endeavour to send items out as quickly as possible to their new homes, we want to make sure we create items to a high standard so sometimes shipment of items can be a little longer. If you need an item by a particular date, please do get in touch and we will try our hardest to help.

All UK deliveries are free and sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class. You can upgrade to 1st Class during check out. Please get in contact if you would like to purchase tracked or special delivery.

International Shipping

All international orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. If you have placed an order you can click on the tracking link within your dispatch email to follow your parcel along it’s journey.

Shipping info and exclusions

Unfortunately we cannot ship to Germany following their change in shipping requirements- any order placed for Germany will be cancelled and refunded. There are some countries where we cannot send items tracked if the national postal services doesn’t support it- these orders will be sent with a signed for delivery service instead. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

All of our prices include the 10% import tariff into the US. We pay this upfront with our courier so there are no delays through customs and no fees to pass onto our customers.

This is the height of each letter. The width of the letters can vary but if you would like to know the width, please email us with the desired name and height and we can work this out for you.

Hanging Advise:
For our display photos we use Command poster strips which we cut to small squares to hang our signs. Other strips or hooks will work just as well.
