All items are made to order. Production time is specified in each listing. Once ready, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be canceled within 1 hour after purchase. After this time, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. However, please note: All items are made to order. - We retain 50% of the item price to cover production costs. - Shipping costs are non-refundable. - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. - Items must be returned in original, unworn condition. To request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

Why is 50% retained on returns?

Since each piece is custom-made specifically for your order, materials and production time are invested individually. The retained amount covers these non-recoverable costs.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Can I request a custom size or modification?

I have been wearing this ring for a few weeks now and I really love it. Beautiful detail, I don’t know if the “ruby” is real or not but it doesn’t look like costume jewelry and that’s what mattered to me. I think either my ring sizer is off or they do a different sizing scale cause I ordered a 5 and got a 5 1/2 so it is a little big on me but I love it regardless!
