A 3" vinyl circle sticker featuring Flaco, the Eurasian Eagle Owl of New York City. This is a durable vinyl version of the paper stickers handed out at Flaco's Memorial event in Central Park NYC March 3, 2024.

Flaco had been living in the Central Park Zoo when vandals cut open his enclosure in Feb 2023 and he escaped. For one year, Flaco roamed free in Central Park, evading capture, hunting rats and pigeons, and delighting New Yorkers. He became a symbol for surviving against all odds and living free. Sadly in late Feb 2024, Flaco was found fatally injured and received treatment at the Wild Bird Fund, where he passed away.

Flaco meant so much to the fans who observed him hooting in his favorite tree or perched atop construction equipment in the park. This sticker comes from a desire to commemorate Flaco's incredible year living free and as a reminder to make the most out of life.

***FUNDRAISER***
$3 from each sale of these stickers will be donated to the Wild Bird Fund, a wildlife rehab center in New York City that rehabilitates over 3000 sick, injured or orphaned wildlife and releases them back to the wilds of NYC. As of October 2023, a total of $340 has been donated to WBF.

Sticker orders are mailed in a 5x7" envelope. The default shipping option is the USPS First Class Letter rate and does NOT come with tracking. A tracking number is available for an extra cost.
