i fill out a detailed customs form for my post office and add an extra receipt to go with it. so far there have not been any issues with customs and all packages arrived safely with their customers!

i wrap every order as a littke gift to you, because to me the u wrapping and receiving part is it's own special experience and i want it to bring you joy! if you mark something as a gift, i will leave away the handwritten receipt i usually put into the order, and add any potential notes you might write!

i use padded paper mailers instead of bubble wrap mailers. while they're a bit more expensive on my end, it's important to me to not use any plastic in my packaging. the only plastic thing i have in my packaging now is re-used vinyl sticker sheet scraps that come from cutting out my stickers!

i encourage you to please recycle the packaging of your order, and to re-use as much of it as possible! i also recycle my printer ink cartridges with EPSON's recycling programme!

for handmade items please handle with care. while i continually adjust my process after receiving reviews (i now use superglue in the clay - eyepin attaching process, and introduce extra sturdy jump rings), the items are still handmade and thus not as sturdy as machine made products. if you add the handmade clay keychains to places like your phone, keys, or bags where you have to pull out things a lot, i recommend keeping an eye on the pendants.

for the washing the flooflets and floofs i recommend a gentle hand wash where you don't fully submerge the floofs - while the filling fluffens up after drying, it would be a bit difficult to that with the floofs already crocheted closed.

recently orders in mailers (=when you order something that's not a sticker or print) have taken quite a long time to arrive, especially within Europe. if you want your order to arrive more quickly and securely, i recommend getting the tracked shipping upgrade!!
